FINALLY we heard something back from our shipping broker. Customs has requested that we give them a call. We can't say how relieved we are to have a dialog with them and find out what is happening.
We will be giving them a call today and will give you all an update in a bit.
UPDATE: They are great! Spoke to a customs supervisor whom sent a letter to us via email that was lost. We are addressing their concerns. Thank you for taking our call and your service!
