Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait a day or so and first check your bank account again before reaching out to use. It takes time for them to do their thing. It all depends on your bank and method of payment and sometimes it takes a bit.
Still nothing and we processed your return? The next step is to then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
