Did you know that your elected representatives can help you when you experience issues with the federal government? We do, we took civics and we went to his office to ask for help.

We are committed to bringing the best possible product to market and creating jobs and opportunities for the greater community, and the honorable Congressman Rick Larsen has been doing the same.

Congressman Larsen serves on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the House Armed Services Committee. Rick is the co-chair of the bipartisan U.S.-China Working Group so we thought maybe he can help with getting us the goods.

The PowerHitter can be used for many types of smokes - tobacco, CBD, and cannabis.

Congressman Larsen is sensible and represents the constituents is our area well in regards to cannabis reform and legalization.

Here is his position:

• Allow cannabis businesses to use banks
• Allow VA doctors to recommend medical cannabis
• Allow states to legalize medical cannabis
• Allow states to legalize recreational cannabis
• End cannabis prohibition at the federal level

Congressman Larsen’s Voting Record:

• Voted in favor of the SAFE Banking Act of 2019, which would allow banks to work with cannabis businesses that are legal at the state level. (2019)
• Voted in favor of preventing the Justice Department from prosecuting cannabis users and businesses in states where recreational cannabis is legal. (2019)
• Cosponsors the SAFE Banking Act of 2019, which would allow banks to work with cannabis businesses that are legal at the state level.
• Voted in favor of preventing the Justice Department from prosecuting medical cannabis patients and providers in states where it is legal. (2015)
• Voted in favor of preventing the Justice Department from prosecuting cannabis users and businesses in states where recreational cannabis is legal. (2015)
• Voted in favor of allowing VA doctors to recommend medical cannabis for veterans in states where it is legal. (2016)
• Voted in favor of preventing states from penalizing banks for providing financial services to legitimate cannabis businesses. (2014)
